Criticism against Prince Harry is intensifying because of his U.S. visa application credibility issues involving his previous drug history during immigration procedures. The ongoing debate intensifies as people demand that the Duke of Sussex should not get special privileges.
Calls for Harry to Voluntarily Leave the U.S.
Chairman Greg Swenson of Republicans Overseas has proposed that Prince Harry should leave America voluntarily if he fails to prove his visa application integrity without forcing legal consequences.
“If Harry is here illegally, it would be hypocritical for him to get special treatment given the mass deportations occurring now. The smartest thing for Harry would be to leave the U.S., avoid the proceedings, and leave voluntarily,” Swenson told the Daily Mail.
Redacted Visa Records Set for Public Release
Today, redacted immigration records of Prince Harry are scheduled for release following a U.S. judge’s decision to make them public. The visa paperwork submitted by Prince Harry might display whether he declared his use of cannabis along with cocaine and magic mushrooms.
In his book Spare, the duke previously openly discussed previous drug experiences, so doubts arose about what he declared on his immigration documents. Prince Harry faces risks of deportation as well as possible legal actions in case of violation of his visa regulations.
Will Trump Intervene? Experts Weigh In
Swenson rejected claims that possible Donald Trump involvement would occur since former President Trump would not prioritize this matter.
“It probably won’t rank high enough as an issue. I don’t think he will intervene,” Swenson stated.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams echoed similar sentiments, downplaying the idea that Prince Harry holds any significance in Trump’s political sphere.
“We know what the Sussexes think politically. They are strongly anti-Trump. There’s not much love lost, but they’re not important as far as Trump is concerned,” Fitzwilliams told GB News.
Legal Deadline and Uncertain Future
Judge Carl Nichols ordered the Department of Homeland Security to provide Prince Harry with redacted immigration files before March 18, 2025, following his appointment by Trump.
Prince Harry faces an uncertain U.S. future as his deadline approaches. These records could trigger potential legal consequences, including deportation and either voluntary departure or force his departure from the U.S. Skies concentrate on the impending visa file disclosure that may shape whether the Duke of Sussex can stay in America permanently.
