Prince Harry Faces New Legal Challenge Over U.S. Visa Records

Prince Harry is in trouble again as The Heritage Foundation enrolled the complaint against the Biden administration on Tuesday. The group is appealing the decision to strike out their case, which sought records of the US visa of the Duke of Sussex.

Prince Harry: Heritage Foundation’s Fresh Appeal

Their latest statement in the court was about the process for granting Prince Harry’s U.S. visa, which was illegal as per the foundation. They raise questions as there was no legal way through which Prince Harry could have been legally allowed to enter the US, given his past admission of drug use.

This follows Judge Carl J. Nichols’ September dismissal after reviewing Harry’s immigration records privately. The think tank complains that the judge wanted his decision behind closed doors, which kept the think tank from effectively addressing the Department of Homeland Security’s conclusions.

Disputed Grounds for Entry

The controversy revolves around Prince Harry’s past admission of drug use. On this statement, The Heritage Foundation is questioning whether he should have been stopped from coming inside America.  They started reasoning that if Prince Harry admitted the use of drugs, his entry was illegal to the US. If he did not disclose, they believe his visa application wasn’t truthful.  Judge Nicholas eventually did not agree with all these claims, stating there was no evidence to support these claims.

Despite this, the think tank still tries hard to say that Harry’s entering America was not a legal action. Although the government of the US always defended its decision, mentioning that the court carefully reviewed the visa process of Prince Harry, and all the steps taken by him were as per the US laws.
