The opening of the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match started with intensity because Rey Mysterio and Penta entered first. The rule-breaker head office went against locker room tradition to find a replacement when he picked the nearest person instead. The individual chosen for substitution was IShowSpeed who was present at the event as a streamer. Such an impulsive decision sent him directly into the fever pitch of the Royal Rumble by Triple H.
IShowSpeed Joins the Action
IShowSpeed rushed to the ring to stand beside Bron Breakker who successfully helped eliminate Otis. His taste of victory turned out to be very brief. Without delay, Baron Breakker attacked Speed with a fatal spear move which resulted in Speed lying motionless inside the ring. The punishment didn’t end there. Breakker grabbed Speed after the spear then staged his elimination by dropping him into the arms of Otis who finished the match right away. A spectacular move from Otis propelled Speed above the broadcast table as he eliminated him from the Royal Rumble contest.
